I review every message and triage by impact. Correctness issues, page errors, and privacy concerns are handled first.

Incomplete steps, incorrect examples, terminology drift, or translation mismatches.
Tool output issues

Privacy and compliance
Questions about cookies, privacy wording, rights concerns, or usage boundaries.
Partnerships and site operations
Operational partnership requests, product feedback, content licensing, or page presentation suggestions.

To speed up triage, include these details
Page URL
Please include the exact page URL rather than only the tool name so we can reproduce faster.
Input and expected output
For result issues, include sample input, expected output, and actual output.
Environment details
Browser, OS version, mobile or desktop context, and whether the issue reproduces consistently.
Screenshots or raw errors
UI regressions, SEO copy issues, and request failures are much easier to triage with raw evidence.
What happens after your message arrives
- 01
Classify the issue
I first separate correctness issues, content problems, site experience issues, and privacy or usage-boundary concerns.
- 02
Prioritize by impact
Blocking, misleading, and incorrect-result reports are handled before routine enhancement requests.
- 03
Route it back to the right page
Reports are resolved in the affected tool page, guide, or trust page instead of staying at the inbox layer.
- 04
Re-check after the fix
Important fixes feed into the next review cycle so the same class of issue is less likely to return.
Feedback we especially want
- The steps in real workflows that still feel ambiguous or easy to misread.
- Guides that look structured but still are not sufficient to complete the task independently.
- Tool pages that need better failure examples, decision boundaries, or input-output explanations.
- Trust-page copy that is compliant but still not clear or credible enough in practice.
